Alissa Gram
PT, MPT, ATC/L
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-
Madison in 1998 with a B.S. in kinesiology, with a major in exercise
science, and an emphasis in athletic training. During my studies at UW-
Madison, I worked with various Division 1 sports teams as a student
athletic trainer.
My love for sports and passion for helping people made
a career in physical therapy a natural next step. I continued at UW-
Madison to receive a Master’s in physical therapy in 2001.

My Story
I started my career in the Snoqualmie Valley and developed a
reputation as a caring and skilled orthopedic practitioner, using several
manual therapy techniques, including Astym.
While still providing orthopedic treatment, I added advance training in pelvic floor
rehabilitation from the Hermann and Wallace Pelvic Institute. This
training has helped with the missing link I found with traditional
physical therapy for my patients with lumbar and hip pain, pregnancy
and postpartum complications, as well as patients with pelvic pain and
urinary incontinence. Additionally, I have added treatment for male
pelvic concerns.
My treatment philosophy is holistic, looking at the whole individual and
attuned to the challenges of injury. I am honored to journey alongside
my patients, understanding that everyone has a unique story. I believe I
can leverage my experience, empathy, and encouragement to partner
and champion each patient back to their desired quality of life.
Away from work, you can find me keeping up with my husband, and 3
busy children, whether on the sidelines of Eastside FC soccer games,
hiking in the Cascades, playing basketball, or watching the Packers and
Seattle sports teams.
