My Story
I am a certified Manual Physical Therapist through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (2003), and I have been a certified ASTYM provider since 2004. Other areas of my clinical expertise include spine care, orthopedic pre and post operative care, vestibular rehabilitation, and custom orthotics.
I have been so lucky to work in very positive, patient centric environments throughout my career, and Balance Physical Therapy is no exception.
I am wholeheartedly passionate about movement, exercise, fitness, wellness, and sports. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to apply these passions to patient care.
My personal life revolves around my two older teenagers and their schooling and sports. My amazing partner Mike and I stay active with skiing, rowing, hiking, cycling, camping, and enjoying all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
