I attended George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon where I received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and went on to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Before relocating back to Washington, I practiced at an outpatient orthopedic clinic in McMinnville, Oregon, where I treated patients across the lifespan. I enjoy helping individuals of all ages achieve their goals and return to the activities they love. I am excited to be back serving the community I grew up in.

My Story
I grew up in the Snoqualmie Valley where I was active in sports my whole life. As a high school athlete I dealt with a nagging hip injury which lead to two surgeries and many PT visits. I was met with kindness and compassion by the physical therapists I worked with during my rehab. I was inspired to pursue physical therapy as a career so I could have a positive impact and walk alongside people during their rehab journey. My treatment philosophy is to provide evidence based, person centered patient care to restore movement and quality of life. I have a heart for serving others and believe that movement is medicine.
I enjoy working with a variety of patient populations, including general orthopedics, post-operative rehabilitation, geriatrics, and sports medicine. As a former collegiate track and field athlete, I have a special interest in working with youth athletes and helping them overcome the unique physical and mental challenges that can accompany injury.
Outside the clinic I enjoy staying active by running, hiking and weightlifting. I also love to bake, try new coffee shops and spend time with family and friends. I look forward to meeting you and partnering together to help you meet your goals.
