I graduated from Andrew University in Southwestern Michigan with a doctorate in physical therapy. I have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings including, an outpatient neuro clinic where I learned skills in vestibular and balance rehabilitation. I have spent most of my time in the outpatient setting, where I have developed specialized skills in manual therapy, including Maitland and Strain Counterstrain. My love for PT comes from my interests in movement, exercise, and healthy living. I feel lucky that I get to spend every day doing what I enjoy while helping my patients reach their goals.
I was born and raised in Woodinville, WA and love being back in the beautiful NW. My favorite days are spent enjoying the outdoors with my husband, Trevor, and our dog, Finnley. My favorite activities include volleyball, snowboarding, hiking, and paddle boarding.
