I am a graduate from George Fox University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in Newberg, Oregon. I started my career in Oregon, at an outpatient physical therapy clinic and wellness center in a very active and outdoor community. I refined my skills in various orthopedic-related injuries and focused on return to sport and injury prevention. Within my first few years in clinical practice, I also gained a special interest in treating Women’s Health after discovering how common pelvic floor dysfunction is, and the lack of treatment in this area. I have taken advanced training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Institute to become specialized in pelvic rehabilitation. I am passionate about helping my patients restore function and achieve well-being in all aspects of their life.
I am originally from North Bend, WA, and my husband and I recently moved back to raise our daughter near family and in the community that I love and grew up in. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy going on coffee dates, running, hiking, and hitting the ski slopes.
